Forestown Study Centre
A Komati Foundation Project

 

Study: The role of Forestown as a study centre is to promote academic excellence.  Students are encouraged to see their work not only as a challenge to their personal talents, but also as a service to others.

This activity takes several forms, such as

  • Daily supervised study sessions

  • Career guidance and counselling

  • Courses on study techniques

  • Personalised tutorials

  • Intensive study weekends

  • Courses on public speaking and effective writing skills

  • The After School Science Course, which includes IT programs, Physics, Journalism, and Music
