Projects
Founded in 1999, the Komati Foundation currently has a number of projects in Johannesburg, the largest of which are the Forestown Study Centre and Women Development.
These projects aim to assist young men and women studying in Johannesburg -- the commercial centre of South Africa and of the African continent -- to develop professional excellence and personal integrity whilst engendering a spirit of service to society.
A great number of state and non-governmental agencies are focused on primary and secondary education, and indeed the need is considerable in those areas. However, we must not neglect perhaps the most critical element in building a genuinely free, just, and democratic society -- the development of capable leaders with personal integrity and professional excellence.
